I apologize if sometime i’m not using the right words but i try to keep this blog in english rather than french.

My new role as AllDenY manager is something i realy appreciate. But at the same time i have to lead projects (technically). For Excell Associate (an accountant company) web site, we decide to use Ruby on Rails framework. athough i’m not an expert in this technology, Madjo (our ruby expert) convincted me with a nice presentation. Going to learn much about RoR, I promise. This decision taken, we have to propose a little course to the all team. why sould us take 1 month with J2EE Framework for a project while we can make it in less than 2 weeks with RoR. Basically we all are J2EE adictive, but i think we sould take time to learn about this framework.
